Accessibility Status and Ongoing Improvements
How we are identifying barriers, improving access, and making our digital experiences more usable for everyone.
Last Updated: June, 2026
Accessibility Status Overview
This report reflects the current state of accessibility, including key barriers impacting users, progress made through remediation, and the actions needed to improve access across digital experiences.
Inspection and Remediation Approach
Accessibility barriers are identified through structured manual testing and assistive technology validation, including screen reader use and keyboard navigation. Each issue is documented with clear steps, user impact, and prioritized remediation guidance to support efficient resolution.
- Root cause identification (template, content, or system)
- Clear implementation guidance
- Manual re-testing for validation
- Documentation of resolution
Barrier Tracking and Resolution Status
Each identified barrier is tracked from initial identification through remediation and validation. Clear status indicators provide visibility into progress, ensuring accountability and enabling teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
Resolved Barriers
Barriers that have been remediated and validated through testing.
- Confirmed through manual testing and assistive technology
- Verified against WCAG and real-world usability
Known Open Barriers
Barriers identified but not yet resolved.
- May involve third-party dependencies
- May require structural or design changes
Accessibility Activity
Accessibility is an ongoing process. The information below reflects active efforts to identify, address, and prevent barriers that impact usability for individuals with disabilities.

Barrier Log and Remediation Priorities
Barriers are documented in a structured log and prioritized to guide remediation efforts and drive efficient resolution.
-
Name, Role, Value
4.1.2Custom interactive elements (dropdown menus, tabs, accordions) are not built in a way that assistive technology can understand. Blind users cannot tell what these controls are, what state they are in, or how to operate them.
-
Focus Visible
2.4.7When using the keyboard to navigate, there is no visible indicator showing which element is currently selected. Users tabbing through the page have no way to tell where they are.
-
Info and Relationships
1.3.1The page structure (headings, lists, forms) is not coded in a way that assistive technology can interpret. Blind users experience the content as a flat wall of text with no clear organization, making it difficult or impossible to navigate.
-
Keyboard
2.1.1Parts of the site cannot be operated using only a keyboard. This blocks anyone who cannot use a mouse, including blind users, users with motor impairments, and power users who rely on keyboard navigation.
-
Bypass Blocks
2.4.1There is no way to skip past repeated navigation menus to reach the main content. Keyboard and screen reader users must tab through every menu link on every page before getting to what they came for.
Known limitations
Certain payment-related interactions are handled by third-party systems. While accessibility is considered, Accessibilities does not have full control over these environments. These areas are monitored and addressed.
Automated Testing False Positives
Automated tools can produce false positives and may not capture all accessibility barriers. Findings are validated through manual testing to ensure accuracy.
Exclusions and Testing Considerations
Automated testing tools may occasionally report issues that do not represent real-world accessibility barriers. Manual review is used to validate and contextualize findings. Where user impact is confirmed, remediation is prioritized accordingly.
Ongoing Accessibility Monitoring
Accessibility is continuously monitored through periodic re-inspections, regression testing after updates, review of newly published content, and ongoing user feedback. These efforts help ensure that accessibility improvements are maintained over time.
